Exciting topics, interestingly presented: Every first and third Thursday (except during school holidays), RESIST scientists or top-class researchers from external institutions present their topics at the RESIST seminar series.

Attend these exciting seminars of the Cluster of Excellence RESIST, as a member of RESIST or as a colleague or student.

ATTENTION! THIS IS EXCEPTIONALLY A WEDNESDAY (!) AND THE SEMINAR STARTS AT 12.30 pm:

On 14 May 2025, Prof. Donna Neumann and Prof. Rob Kaletja from the University of Wisconsin-Madison will each give a lecture.

The lecture at 12:30 pm will be given by Donna M. Neumann, Associate Professor, Dept. of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA. The title of the lecture is: “CTCF and HSV-1: Making the Connections Required for Efficient Viral Reactivation”.

The following lecture at 13:30 will be given by Robert F. Kalejta, Professor of Oncology / Molecular Virology, McArdle Laboratory for Cancer Research, Department of Oncology, University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA. The title of the lecture is: “Initiating Human Cytomegalovirus Infections”.

This seminar is a combined guest lecture of RESIST and FOR 2830.

Both lectures are held in lecture hall Q, we will offer snacks or pizza before the seminar at 12.00 PM!
