SUMMARY:RESIST introduced itself to Hanover
DESCRIPTION:If the immune system is too weak: RESIST researchers presented what they are working on – and for whom – with a panel discussion at Herrenhausen Palace conference centre on 1st of October. Patients and representatives of patient organisations as well as their physicians also presented their view on things. Everyone interested was invited and of course questions were welcome. Around 230 guests accepted the invitation and filled the hall. It was an exciting evening concerning the topic “susceptibility to infections” based on the fields premature birth\, congenital immunodeficiencies\, cystic fibrosis and hepatitis lies ahead.

DESCRIPTION:Every third thursday of the month the Cluster of Excellence RESIST ‘Resolving Infection Susceptibility‘ offers you a seminar that takes place in the Lecture Hall Q\, Building I06\, MHH\,  at 5 pm. \nTwo RESIST scientists present their projects in a 20-minute presentation at each seminar\, followed by ten minutes of discussion.
